Acceptable experience at the hotel
food selection good location missing balcony chaotic breakfast
The breakfast buffet was good. There was a large selection of foods. The location is fantastic. A towel policy allowed towel collection or exchange at the beach.
Our room did not have a balcony. This made drying swimming things difficult. After 9 it is chaotic and too busy.

amazing breakfast clean room lovely view room wear modern styling dust accumulation
breakfast was amazing. the room was clean and the cleaning personnel were amazing and friendly. the common areas have a lovely view. i found the conference area well organized.
i stayed for a week and felt there was not much round about it apart from other hotels and a strip of shops for drinks and essentials. the superior room i upgraded to showed signs of wear and tear. the room needs some updating and modern styling, i think.

great family stay with some minor hiccups
v-level access special area local road
The v-level access was worth it. It provided access to special areas at the pool. it also gave us a la carte dinner at momenti restaurant when we chose the half-board option. azer at momenti restaurant was fantastic. he took care of our family's wishes and gave us tips on local roads.
the bar service was slow. one night we waited over 45 minutes for someone to take our order. we ended up leaving and going to a shop as it was much cheaper.

The hotel is close to the beach. It's a short walk away. the hotel provided easy access to the valamar president hotel's beach, an added bonus. there is a regular bus service to the town.

the room was always clean. housekeeping did a great job. they offered chocolates to my son and checked in regularly if we needed anything. air conditioning was properly functioning too.

The staff is nothing short of amazing. dorotea the concierge is excellent. She really helped us a lot. the hotel staff greeted us with a smile on their faces. We felt very welcome.

the staff was very helpful. they put a bottle of wine in my room (it was my birthday). the breakfast had lots of choice. the bar staff was amazing and very professional. i found the young guy working there particularly good.

the hotel sits outside the city center and is surrounded by nature and other hotels. there is a convenient bus connection to the city right on the doorstep, it costs about two euros per ride. the hotel is within walking distance of coral and copacabana beaches.
